After no fewer than six attempts, United States president Grover Cleveland has finally been inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame. (Yes, there is such a thing, apparently.) It is a long-overdue honor, but it is well deserved. Of course, President Cleveland has to share the honor with co-inductees like Whitney Houston and Joe Piscopo, but one has to take what one can get.
Joe Piscopo? Haven’t heard that name in over a decade.
How about Woodrow Wilson? Please tell me New Jerseyians have had the good sense not to induct him, even if he was President of Princeton (or perhaps because he was).
Agree with Roger. Wilson was a disaster for this country.
This has to be one of the more sensible decisions by Jerseyites in some time. Inducting Whitney Houston at the same time kinda takes some of the honor away, however!
Six attempts?
This is like libertarian rockers Rush finally finally being inducted into the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame.
Honestly, the HoF founders should be utterly ashamed. Like hara-kiri ashamed.
