1. Are “rainy day funds” consistent with conservative fiscal policy goals? Even if so, are they ingenerationally ethical (in other words, do they operate like the opposite of deficit spending)?
2. Can a libertarian justify any zoning laws other than those dealing with health and safety? Is the answer really as obvious as it seems from a natural rights perspective? Are all “patterned end states” – to use a Nozickean phrase – undesirable?
3. Has anyone written a takedown of Richard Hofstadter (who certainly deserves one) and how would one go about best constructing such a piece?
