Would lazily like to know a bit more about these numbers without delving into the source… Based on casual use or abuse (esp for ‘softer’ drugs, also, how are these defined)? Adjusted for usage rates?
If we based our policies on harm reduction, we would try to channel the universal desire for intoxication into less harmful channels (e.g., away from scotch and toward mushrooms). Of course, the Feds classify Psilocybin as Schedule I drugs and attach significant prison sentences to possession.
